Planned Giving is a meaningful way to support the causes you care about by donating a legacy gift, during any stage in your lifetime to be allocated at a future date, ensuring your values live on after your passing.

Ways to Give

There are several options for Planned Giving, including:

Include the Richmond Food Bank Society in your will by specifying a dollar amount, percentage of your estate, or a specific asset. 

Name the Richmond Food Bank as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy.

Designate the Richmond Food Bank as a beneficiary of your RRSP, RRIF, or other retirement accounts.

Establish a trust that provides income to you or your loved ones during your lifetime, with the remaining assets going to the Richmond Food Bank.
