Our 2016 Strategic Planning session, held on Saturday 30 January 2016, was a rousing success!
Every year, RFB directors and staff come together to look at the challenges our community faces and the obstacles and advantages we have in addressing those challenges. The Strategic Planning Session is an opportunity for us to creatively think through problems and set out our work for the year ahead.
Our strategic planning sessions would not be nearly as successful without the wise guidance of Joanna Whalley, who has served as our strategic planning facilitator for many years. Thank you Joanna for all of your hard work!
